OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Please note, during busy times such as Christmas, lead times will vary.

Orders placed before 5pm Monday – Friday are posted next day. Orders placed after the cut-off times will be posted the following day. No orders are packed or posted on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Unless otherwise requested, items are shipped using Royal Mail or other courier Standard 2-3 business day untracked service (UK). Within the EU, so please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

For example, if an order is placed at 4.30pm on Tuesday, it will be dispatched on Wednesday (next day) and will likely arrive by Friday or Saturday (2-3 business days later). This is not a guarantee. Royal Mail offers approximate delivery times, but there are sometimes delays.

Please note that we cannot instruct Royal Mail on how to deliver your parcel or where to place it if you’re not home to accept delivery.

If you are not home to receive delivery, you may need to check at your local post office or depot. Uncollected parcels are quickly returned to sender. We cannot offer refunds on personalised items or on shipping for any order that is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt. If a parcel is returned to sender, we can resend it provided shipping is paid for by the customer.

 

If you do not receive your order within 5 days of the expected delivery date, please let us know immediately so that we can help you locate it.

Please note: any FREE shipping codes used only apply to Standard, Untracked service.

 

OUR REFUND POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with your Olaalaa Skincare products.

However, if you have any issues or concerns, we will do our best to resolve these for you. If you decide after trying the products for 30 days that they are not suitable for you, we offer a 50% refund or exchange policy. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please do the following:

  • Carefully wrap the items (ideally in the packaging they came in) and send them back to the following address:
  • Centurion Court, North Esplanade West, Aberdeen, AB11 5QH
  • It is advisable to obtain trackable shipping service as we can only take responsibility for items once they arrive.
  • Please do include your order number, contact details and reason for return.  If you are exchanging for another item, please also detail what you wish to swap it for.

Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear back into your account. Exchanges can take up to 10 days for new items to be received.

SENDING A RETURN

Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged please notify us within 14 working days of order creation.

Please email info@olaalaa.co.uk providing your customer order number, the goods in question and the reasons why.
